Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time All of our products are custom print-on-demand items. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at thebbqtestpit@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at thebbqtestpit@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order goes into production.
Customs & Import Taxes For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
