Refund Policy
All of our products are custom print-on-demand items made uniquely for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind orders. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at thebbqtestpit@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund — no need to return the item.
Unsuccessful Deliveries In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, we can offer either a reprint (with an additional shipping charge) or a partial refund.
Print Placement For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, please note there is a standard tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations within this range are not considered defects.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at thebbqtestpit@gmail.com.
